That is why, more than ever Vinisud transforms the Mediterranean in the center of the wine world. The southern vineyards have made spectacular performances in a context where these exports are stagnating in other regions. Thus, between 2010 and 2014, all of the southern most regions of France (Languedoc-Roussillon, Provence, Southwest and Rhone Valley) saw its export turnover increase by 59% from € 930 million in 2010 to 1.47 billion in 2014. This figure rose again in the first quarter of 2015. a turnover also results in a valuation of exported wines. Thus, the average price of a bottle of Provence wine exported increased from 2.98 euros in 2010 to 3.80 euros in 2014 (+ 28%).
